Ultra Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. operates a world-class pharmaceutical manufacturing facility located in the Pharma SEZ, Hassan, Karnataka, spread across 6.5 acres. The plant consists of three advanced manufacturing blocks — Unit I, dedicated to export formulations; Unit II, focused on IV fluid production for the domestic market; and Unit III, a dedicated Cephalosporin block designed to meet stringent containment and regulatory standards for cephalosporin formulations.

The facility is WHO-GMP certified and complies with Revised Schedule M norms, reflecting adherence to global quality benchmarks. It has also received approvals from several international regulatory authorities, underscoring its strong compliance framework and commitment to excellence.

Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and automated systems, Ultra Laboratories manufactures a wide portfolio of pharmaceutical formulations, including oral dosage forms, injectables, dry powders, infusions, and cephalosporins. The facility houses a fully equipped analytical laboratory for continuous quality control, product validation, and stability testing, ensuring that every batch meets the highest safety and efficacy standards.
